- Can view the overall progress with all the comments mentioned regarding the ticket.
- Can edit the support ticket if there is a change in requirement or due to any kind of modifications.
- Can view the uploaded document regarding the ticket if any.
- Display the complete details & contact details of the client who raised the support ticket inorder to contact them incase of any requirement.
