We are striving to provide our best service and support but if you are not satisfied with our product, you can raise a refund request within 7 days of your purchase and the refund policy is as follows,

 

  • We provide 7 days Free Trail before making a purchase and so refund is completely not allowed at any point in time.
  • EezyyCRM doesn’t force you into an annual subscription as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose either monthly, annually or lifetime along with free trial option. You can go through our complete tutorial and features provided to understand the features of our product and then make a purchase or choose a monthly plan to understand the features before signing up for a long term commitment.
  • We will not entertain to downgrade your plan for long term to short term and refund the partial payment at any point in time. Hence, we request you to tryout for a short duration before proceeding for a longer duration.
  • Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund when we have suspended or terminated your access to our services due to a violation of our terms & policies.
