Refund Policy

We are striving to provide our best service and support but if you are not satisfied with our product, you can raise a refund request within 7 days of your purchase and the refund policy is as follows,


  • We provide 7 days no questions asked refund policy for any plan that you have purchased through our website.
  • You have to send a mail to refund@eezyycrm.com or should have filled the refund form on this page on or before the 7th day of your purchase.
  • We will contact you before cancelling the service for verification and so, we request you to provide proper contact details in order to perform the same.
  • Your account will be immediately suspended once you raise a request for refund and we request you to take a backup of all your files before raising the refund request.
  • No refund will be entertained after the time allowed for any kind of reason.
  • EezyyCRM doesn’t force you into an annual subscription as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose either monthly, annually or lifetime. You can go through our complete tutorial and features provided to understand the features of our product and then make a purchase or choose a monthly plan to understand the features before signing up for a long term commitment.
  • We will not entertain to downgrade your plan for long term to short term and refund the partial payment at any point in time. Hence, we request you to tryout for a short duration before proceeding for a longer duration.
  • Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund when we have suspended or terminated your access to our services due to a violation of our terms & policies.
